Q.01Will you pick up and deliver for me?
Customers will need to have their item delivered and on-site, ready for our assembly technicians.
Q.02Do your services include installation?
We are strictly an assembly service. We do not perform electrical, gas, or plumbing work.
Q.03Who will throw away all the packaging materials?
We can help organize and move packaging materials for disposal per your instruction, but customers are responsible for the actual disposal of all boxes, crates and packing materials. Kids and kittens love playing in big boxes.
Q.04Will you help me move my furniture?
Furniture can often be too heavy or too valuable for our technicians to move, so please clear the space where you want your assembled items to go before we arrive. Place boxed items as close to their desired final location as possible. This saves assembly time and money.
