Ordinary website visits
The pages on this website do not use advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, social-media embeds, or tracking cookies. Fonts, styles, scripts, and images are served from this website.
Like most web hosting services, our host may record standard technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, date, and time in server logs used to operate and secure the site.
Our site links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles. Those services are contacted only if you follow a link and have their own privacy practices.
Estimate requests
To request an estimate, you provide your name, email address, and project details. You may also choose to provide a phone number, city or neighborhood, and desired completion date. A phone number is optional, but it can help us ask quick questions about the item or scheduling. We use this information to understand the project, prepare an estimate, respond to you, and provide requested services.
Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to our business email. Formspree also receives standard technical information associated with the submission. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, door codes, medical information, or other sensitive information.
Sharing and retention
Some Assembly Required does not sell estimate-request information or use it for third-party advertising. Information is shared only with services needed to receive and respond to the request, or when required by law.
Patti reviews estimate requests in January and July and removes requests that are no longer needed. Information may be kept longer when needed to provide services, maintain necessary business records, resolve a problem, or comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You may choose not to use the online form. For questions about information you previously submitted, including correction or deletion requests, email patti@someassemblykc.com and clearly identify it as a privacy request.
